When a customer places an order, the portal automatically creates a draft invoice in Xero pre-filled with line items and customer details. Your team reviews and sends it from Xero.

Setup steps

Create a Xero App

Go to developer.xero.com → My Apps → New App. Set redirect URI to your portal URL + /xero/callback.

Add credentials to Supabase Vault

Supabase → Settings → Vault → add XERO_CLIENT_ID and XERO_CLIENT_SECRET.
